If you’re passionate about transformation management and want to contribute to meaningful change within a globally operating MedTech company, this role offers an exciting opportunity. As Working Student in the Transformation Office, you will help drive the effective execution of transformation initiatives across the entire MedTech business by monitoring progress, preparing analyses, and supporting coordination and communication across selected projects. You will play a key role in ensuring initiatives stay on track by actively managing milestones and interdependencies. Alongside your studies, you will support high‑impact projects, gain valuable professional experience and benefit from flexible working hours.
Your challenge in detail
1. You will support tracking and analysis of transformation progress across all functions and support the development of new business cases by updating systems and monitoring action plans
2. You will contribute to ad-hoc analyses and prepare materials such as summaries, presentations, dashboards and management insights for the Transformation Office
3. You will support transformation initiatives by enabling structured coordination and clear communication across workstreams and leadership
4. You will support organizational and HR-related projects by delivering analyses, creating reports and presentations, and tracking key HR data (e.g., headcount, FTEs, spans, and layers)
Your competence is in demand
5. Current full-time studies in Business Administration, Finance, HR or a related field
6. Fluent English language skills, written and spoken; good German skills are a plus
7. A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, paired with excellent communication skills
8. Preferably a good understanding of HR (e.g. organizational structures) and financial acumen
