Business Analysis Role
In this key position, you will contribute to the development and enhancements of investment products. The role involves supporting teams to synthesize business requirements and understand target solutions by documenting features, stories, and acceptance criteria in Agile projects aligned with priorities given by the Product Owner.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to understand business goals and objectives.
* Define, analyze, and document user requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Facilitate meetings to gather and validate business requirements with multiple departments.
* Translate business requirements into clear and actionable features and stories for Fusion teams.
* Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
* Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed changes or enhancements.
* Perform business process analysis and recommend process improvements.
* Monitor and report on project progress and initiatives.
* Ensure deliverable quality through functional and acceptance testing.
As a key contributor to our team, you should have a strong background in banking, finance, or computer science. Your skills should include experience in the banking sector, fluency in French and English, and a willingness to combine business and technology.
