Job Description
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our presence in the live entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production markets across Central and East Europe. You will lead a high-performing team, drive regional business development, and ensure alignment with our global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for our Entertainment ProAudio portfolio
* Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across territories
* Represent our company at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, service, and international sales and marketing teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications
* A university degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
* Excellent leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire people
* Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality
* Fluent German and English language skills
* Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM system) and SAP S4/HANA (ERP system)
