Your responsibilities: Monitor product availability and inventory levels across the webshop
Verify that pricing, product information, attributes, and translations are accurate, complete, and consistent across the webshop and backend systems and flag discrepancies
Execute recurring operational tasks in the webshop backend
Manage pricing uploads and conduct regular pricing audits
Support product launches, product changes and product transitions, including configuration tasks
Maintain and monitor the Quality Plan in Oracle (in coordination with the CS team)
Manage Shopify coupon creation, setup, testing and monitoring to ensure correct functionality in alignment with commercial campaigns
Monitor orders and identify cases that are not progressing as expected
Review aging orders and potential backlog on a regular basis
Communicate order hub changes to Planning and other teams
Provide guidance on the handling of individual orders based on defined guidelines
Flag recurring issues related to inventory accuracy, system behavior or fulfillment to the responsible teams
Support smooth order processing and minimal order backlog to meet customer expectations
Essential Skills and Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital commerce, ERP-driven environments or comparable operational roles including backend configurations and data maintenance
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret operational data, identify patterns and inconsistencies and derive actionable conclusions
Strong attention to detail combined with a structured, process-driven working style
Ability to independently identify operational risks, prioritize issues and escalate effectively to relevant stakeholders
Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in an international environment
High level of ownership and accountability for data accuracy and operational reliability
