Job Description The Office administrator is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office operations. The Office Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following activities: Secretarial services included but not limited to organization of meetings, coordination of travel and other company events, post-service, e-mail service, and administration Dealing with mail correspondence / courier shipments (incoming and outgoing) Archiving of documents - electronic and in hard copy (messages, financial documents, travel settlement, etc.) Deputy for the office manager (partially, during absences). Support and backup of local Accounting Department Support and backup of local Human Resource Department Keeping employee/personal files up-to-date Maintaining office supplies inventory Monitoring office maintenance To be contact person for various suppliers and service providers Reception of guests and clients and taking care of them during visits Arrangements and organisation of office meetings and company events Basic IT support (setup of laptops, shipment of equipment to home office staff etc) Administrative and logistic support for the whole Frankfurt/Main office
