1. Planning of the bid process within the team and in collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Product departments
2. Organization of proposals, creation, editing and finalization of documents and, if necessary, leading the proposal team
3. Coordination, tracking and control of general bid activities
4. Preparation of cost estimates in cooperation with the proposal team
5. Acquiring the necessary supporting documentation, certificates, notarizations, etc.
6. Degree in computer science, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or similar; alternatively comparable education at an air traffic control authority
7. Minimum 2 years experience in project team work; additional experience is an advantage
8. Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel)
9. Technical understanding with the ability to comprehend and present complex technical concepts
10. Structured and organized approach to work with a high self-motivation
11. Excellent written and spoken English (C2)
12. Good written and spoken German is an advantage (C1)
