With a keen eye on the future, you develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy and effectively position the IT Area within the global ING Tech direction and local goals. To this end, you implement IT measures in line with the business strategy, identify synergies, resolve conflicts regarding goals and people, coordinate closely with the Tribe Lead on IT issues and thus find constructive and sustainable solutions together with the leadership team. With the goals for our architecture firmly in mind, you define well thought-out roadmaps together with enterprise architects and manage local and global tech stakeholders in all aspects.
