Your role will be pivotal in strengthening client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring alignment with our clients' business objectives.
Job Description
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in your assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth, maximize client satisfaction, and ensure the successful adoption
* Monitor account performance, identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and introduce additional products or services.
* Address and resolve any client issues or challenges, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
