Your tasks
6. Central point of contact for on-site and remote users.
7. Handling service-related requests in the client and application environment.
8. Recording, prioritization and structured analysis of hardware and software incidents.
9. Implementation of initial solutions as well as coordination and forwarding to downstream support units.
10. Holistic lifecycle management of end devices and mobile devices.
11. Provisioning, installation, configuration, patch management and system hardening according to standards.
12. Operational implementation of IT policies and security requirements in day-to-day business.
13. Ensuring the availability and stability of the local IT infrastructure.
Your profile
14. Qualification: Completed IT training or comparable qualification.
15. Technical expertise: Sound knowledge of Windows Client/Server, Microsoft 365, Apple iOS/iPadOS and basic knowledge of IT security.
16. Methodology: Structured analysis of the current state and requirements to develop practical solutions.
17. Soft skills: Teamwork skills, confident and calm demeanor in stressful situations, and secure communication up to the management level.
18. Mobility: Class B driving licence.
19. Fluent German skills at least at C1 level
