Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement (Facilities, MRO, Spare Parts)

Role Overview
As the Indirect Procurement Manager, you will lead procurement for all indirect categories at the Dortmund site. This includes supporting integration efforts at a new site and driving operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage procurement of:
* MRO
* Spare parts
* Facilities and infrastructure (knowledge of relevant German law)
* Limited IT procurement
* Support emergency production needs
* Drive synergies with the nearby site and global locations (e.g., even shared suppliers with China)
* Manage a spend of approximately €30 million
* Contribute to process development and integration at a new site
Candidate Profile
* Experience in indirect procurement, ideally in a manufacturing environment
* Familiarity with German labor and facility regulations
* Strong stakeholder management and integration skills
* Fluency in German (C1 minimum) and English
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, hands-on approach
