We are currently seeking an e-Drive Sales Director to join our team on-site in Stuttgart, Germany. This is a high-impact leadership role combining strategic sales direction with site management responsibilities. You will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and managing key customer relationships across Europe.

Your responsibilities will be to:
* Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
* Identify, develop, and manage key automotive accounts across Europe
* Represent Johnson Electric in high-level customer engagements, negotiations, and strategic discussions
* Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
* Oversee administrative and operational matters at the Stuttgart site
* Promote cross-functional collaboration and internal communication
* Drive customer-centric innovation by translating customer needs into actionable solutions
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic priorities
Our requirements:
* Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
* Proven track record in negotiation, strategic planning, and team development
* Fluent in both German and English (business-level proficiency required)
* Strong decision-making skills and business acumen
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
