We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Trade Floor Support Specialist to provide real-time, front-line IT support to traders, analysts, and front-office personnel on the trading floor. This role is critical in maintaining high availability of trading systems and ensuring minimal downtime across platforms, applications, and hardware.
Provide first and second-line technical support to users on the trading floor, including traders, sales teams, and risk analysts.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Support critical trading applications, including market data platforms, order management systems, execution management systems and proprietary platforms.
Participate in the deployment and testing of new software and systems used by front-office teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
~2+ years of experience in a trade floor or financial services support role.
~ Strong understanding of market data systems, trading platforms, and financial technology.
~ Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
