MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
* University Degree in Automotive Engineering or similar technical education
* At least 4+ years’ experience in the Automotive A/S business and manufacturing or service
* Technical Knowlegde in Automotive After Sales Parts
* Strong technical knowledge about Passenger and commercial vehicles (Hydrogen, EV Know-How)
* Independent / Self- starting / proactive
* Good Programming skills such as MS Office 365 ( Access, SQL, Python, PowerBI will be a plus)
* Ability to work in cross functional and international teams as well as manage conflicts
* Strong communication skills with stakeholders
* Fluent in English, other European languages are plus
Your tasks
* Analysing part master of new models and handle technical and part master based issues with stakeholders
* Preparing initial stock with technical perspective for warehouses across EU & UK
* Management, follow up and optimization inventor order processes
* Supporting inventory planning team members in technical field to maintain optimized stock health
* Collecting and pivoting datasets from stakeholders; sales schedule, sales targets, part master etc.
* Strong analytical skills to create forecasting logics from the scratch and bring a new point of view
* Taking countermeasures to prevent and to minimize B/O
* Improving Inventory KPI
* Support of internal inventory process
* Technical support for Mobis Parts Europe and other PDC´s (Parts distribution center), if required
