Responsibilities:
Mold making: You learn how to manufacture casting and injection molds or fixtures for industrial mass production and mechanical engineering – and all of this with high-tech CNC machine tools that you program yourself!
Materials science: You discover the different materials, assess their properties, and produce workpieces and components according to precise production documents.
Technology in detail: You understand and work with assistance, simulation, diagnostic, and visualization systems. You also maintain and service the operating resources that are essential for production.
Control and assembly: You learn how to assemble components and assemblies according to assembly plans and work with the latest control technology.
Testing technology: You check your work with optical and mechanical testing devices and ensure that everything fits perfectly.
Qualifications:
School graduation: You have a good secondary school or vocational school graduation – particularly good grades in mathematics and physics will help you further.
Language: Good German skills, both spoken and written, are important to be able to communicate with the team and colleagues.
IT skills: Basic computer skills in modern IT systems (such as MS Office) are an advantage.
