<p><strong>SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER | Münster Area | Interesting Package</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Our Client for this project is a German company specialising in the development and manufacture of machinery, a global leader with international clients, partner of a Global Group.</p><p>We are looking for their <strong>Strategic HR Business Partner </strong>to ensure the sustainable development of Global HR functions and become a key strategic HR function at the site.</p><p>We would like to meet an experienced professional and in this role you will act as a sparring partner to the management team and senior leaders, combining strategic HR expertise with a sound understanding of operational matters, and will play an active role in further developing the Companys HR structures within both a national and international context.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities include:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Strategic HR Business Partner Role</em></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Comprehensive advice and support for senior management and executives on all matters relating to HR, organisational structure and employment law</li><li>Active involvement in shaping organisational, cultural and leadership development processes</li><li>A sparring partner on an equal footing on topics such as leadership, performance, collaboration, workforce planning and change management</li><li>Trust-based collaboration with internal stakeholders and the works council</li><li>Support for growth, change and restructuring processes at the site</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>HR Strategy, Processes & Further Development</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Further developing and ensuring sustainable HR structures, processes and policies</li><li>Responsibility for the standardisation, digitalisation and professionalisation of the HR landscape</li><li>Leading and contributing to strategic HR projects (e.g. HR processes, systems, staff development, employer branding)</li><li>Contributing to succession, talent and staff development programmes</li><li>Competency matrix</li><li>Compensation & Benefits</li><li>Managing incentive schemes (MBOs and commission models)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Recruiting, Training & Employer Attractiveness</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strategic responsibility for recruitment across the entire end-to-end process</li><li>Development of modern recruitment strategies, active sourcing approaches and employer branding initiatives</li><li>Ensuring a professional onboarding process and a positive candidate experience</li><li>Management and development of vocational training (technical and commercial), including training marketing and external partnerships</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>HR controlling & international interfaces</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Development, maintenance and refinement of meaningful HR metrics, reports and dashboards</li><li>Contribution to personnel cost, budget and forecast planning</li><li>Formulation of well-founded recommendations for the Executive Board and management</li><li>Close collaboration with the AETNA Group’s Head Office HR team in the role of a local HR Business Partner</li><li>Regular coordination with Head Office Controlling regarding metrics, budgets and HR standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A completed degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on human resources, business administration, business psychology or a related field</li><li>Several years’ relevant professional experience in a senior HR role with a strong business partner approach</li><li>Proven experience in advising and supporting executives and senior management</li><li>Excellent knowledge of employment law and works council law</li><li>Experience in medium-sized, manufacturing or internationally oriented companies is an advantage</li><li>Analytical thinking, strategic strength and a strong hands-on approach</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, assertiveness and empathy</li><li>Very good written and spoken German and English</li></ul>
