You will support educational solutions such as Logodidact and, if necessary, specific school administration software such as ASV-BW and WebUntis. You keep an eye on the entire life cycle of media technology and end devices and coordinate the processing of external IT orders. As the central point of contact for teachers, you will carry out qualified fault analyses on the hardware and software of the educational media equipment and ensure that faults are rectified promptly. You will be responsible for the introduction and ongoing training of users on site. In close cooperation with the specialist department, you will be involved in advising, planning and setting up modern media technology in schools. You will be involved in the planning, preparation and implementation of media education school projects. What you can do: You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration, comparable IT training with professional experience or a degree in IT or a comparable qualification. You have experience in the Microsoft and Linux infrastructure environment You have a sound understanding of network infrastructures Ideally, you have knowledge of school server solutions, in particular Logodidact and iServ. You have extensive practical knowledge of current media and presentation technology; experience with Prowise is an advantage. You have knowledge of the design and optimization of standard process flows You work in a structured, independent and service-oriented manner, are a team player and reliable.
