Your Responsibilities
* Act as Finance Business Partner for the Operations Team (Maintenance & Energy), serving as the main contact for financial matters.
* Control of cost centers, structures, project breakdowns, allocations, and support planning and forecasts.
* Reconcile and reallocate energy costs to Vodafone and other operators; coordinate costs for MRTs and generators.
* Prepare business cases for investments, develop management presentations, and perform ad-hoc analyses.
* Participate in optimization projects, identify efficiency improvements, perform SOX controls, and ensure transparency for management.
* Communicate effectively at all levels, participate in relevant committees, and report directly to the Head of Controlling.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Business Administration or related field.
* At least 5 years of controlling experience and strong knowledge in controlling practices.
* Understanding of the telecommunications industry, including project evaluation from financial and technical perspectives.
* Proficiency in Business English and advanced German skills.
* Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities.
