Possible tasks within this role
* Supporting various development topics in the areas of power electronics design and simulation
* Developing and validating circuit and system models for power electronic systems and electric drive units
* Analyzing and evaluating innovative control strategies for pulse inverters, including assessment and visualization of measurement and simulation data
* Enhancing design tools and implementing subcomponent models
* Working with AI methods (supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning)
Qualification requirements
* Master’s students or Bachelor’s students (≥ 89 credit points) in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Control Engineering, or comparable fields of study
* Good to very good academic performance
* Knowledge in the fields of power electronics or electric drive systems
* First experience with relevant software such as MATLAB/Simulink or LTspice is an advantage
* German and English language level B2
