3. Build and lead a team of ESO Managers and Purchasers, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related science (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
* Proven experience in managing external manufacturers within the Pharma industry, combined with strong business acumen and leadership skills
* Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to drive initiatives and manage stakeholders effectively
