Objective of the position:
Ensuring smooth building operations and efficient, cost-effective management of office properties.
This position ensures both trouble-free technical operations and high-quality support for users and tenants.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Monitoring and control of building services systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, elevators, electrical systems, etc.)
* Coordination and control of infrastructural services (cleaning, security, winter maintenance, reception services)
* Ensuring operator responsibility and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
* Organization and documentation of maintenance, inspections and repairs
* Contact person for tenants, internal departments and external service providers
* Participation in audits and technical inspections
* Carrying out minor repairs
* Assisting with documentation and reporting related to facility operations
Professional requirements:
* Vocational training required; technical qualification in this field (e.g. electronics technician, plant mechanic, mechatronics technician or similar) desirable
* Confident use of MS Office and CAFM systems
* Experience in dealing with service providers and external companies
* Good understanding of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., Betriebssicherheitsverordnung, Arbeitsstättenverordnung) - optional but beneficial
* Fluent German at native speaker level, English with basic knowledge
* Basic knowledge of building automation or energy-efficient systems is a plus
* Basic commercial knowledge, especially in preparing offers and understanding cost structures, is desirable
