About the Role
HOLOGATE is seeking a highly organized and reliable Logistics & Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d) to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you will manage the flow of goods with precision, oversee inventory accuracy, and support the seamless dispatch and receipt of materials essential to our products and services. Your Responsibilities
6. Independently, accurately, and punctually load goods, including picking items in advance
7. Book material movements, prepare orders, and manage outbound shipments
8. Receive and inspect incoming goods based on delivery documentation, and store them correctly in the warehouse system
9. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and handling regulations at all times
10. Monitor stock levels and maintain an organized, transparent inventory
11. Handle returns (RMA) processes efficiently and professionally
Your Profile
12. Physically capable of heavy lifting and able to be on-site throughout the workday
13. Confident using standard IT applications, especially Microsoft Office
14. Strong service mindset and customer-oriented approach
15. Clear and reliable communication skills
16. Structured, independent, and detail-oriented work style
