Construction Manager – Dairy

About the Project:
Join a major food processing installation at a large-scale dairy production site in Bavaria. The role involves early-phase planning, interfacing with EPC contractors and OEM suppliers, and leading site execution.
Your Mission:
* Manage site setup, civil and mechanical work coordination
* Review and interpret P&IDs and hygienic layouts
* Supervise contractors with a focus on food-grade evaporator and powder plant systems
* Enforce hygienic design, EHEDG, and EU food safety standards
* Prepare commissioning activities in alignment with OEM and utility teams
Requirements:
* Experience in powder / evaporation / filtration projects
* Strong knowledge of P&ID, CIP processes, and hygienic design
* Familiar with components: homogenizers, valves, separators
* German & English language proficiency
* Sound understanding of EU directives (PED, machinery, hygiene)
