Account Executive | up to 160K OTE + equity | Berlin | AI scale-up Opportunities like this don’t come around too often. Read along! A Berlin‑based AI scale‑up founded in February 2025 is growing to 5M ARR before year‑end and aims for 25‑30M ARR in 2026. Having raised four funding rounds and secured over 1,200 customers in nine months—including n8n, Attio, DEPT, ElevenLabs, Brevo, TUI, WIX, Chanel and many more—it is building its first sales team and inviting its first Account Executives. Our solution helps companies be found on AI search engines, leading the new SEO / GEO motion. We are creating the leading marketing AI platform for the AI era. Role Description You are part of the first GTM team as Account Executive, helping grow from 3.5M to 30M ARR in 2026. Deal cycles are short (1‑3 weeks) and deal values range from 2K to 30K. It is a strong land & expand motion, highly PLG driven. You get to work with leading brands and agencies globally (international sales). This role is 100% inbound (no outbound sales required for now, but this could change later in the year as an SLG motion will be developed). AEs are expected to close 1‑1.4M ARR per year (target is 325K ARR per quarter). Current AEs can close 100k ARR+ a month (target achievement is 100%+). Note: There is a beautiful office in PLB, Berlin, where the team likes to come together daily. Requirements For the Junior position, we look for 6+ months of SDR experience at an excellent SaaS company, ready to make the move into high‑velocity full‑cycle sales (AE). For the Account Executive position, we are looking for 1‑3+ years of B2B SaaS AE experience. You have experience in high‑velocity sales (SMB / transactional sales). You come from an excellent company and have seen what great looks like. You have a track record of over‑achievement. You possess high agency, curiosity, work ethic, hunger, and entrepreneurial spirit. You have a basic understanding and experience with AI tools, and a strong interest to learn more about them.
