We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.Acquisition of new customers in the OEM & AFTM sectors across EuropeConducting market analyses, generating ideas, evaluating new technologies, suppliers, markets, and current/future market and customer requirementsIdentifying new business opportunities and customer potentialIndependent planning and execution of customer-specific OEM/OES/AFTM projects, considering automotive and customer requirementsClose collaboration with internal and external customers, including preparation of quotations and contract documentsDefining and implementing tools and measures to support organizational targets, as well as developing suitable sales strategies and new sales approachesActing as the central point of contact for customers, sales, purchasing, marketing, supply chain, packaging department, and other departmentsSuccessfully completed university degree (Master's or Diploma) in a scientific, economic, or technical field, with several years of professional experience in the LED business (fixtures)Strong technical and electronic understandingSolid knowledge of project business and sales processesHigh level of initiative, flexibility, and sense of responsibilityTeam player with an independent working style and excellent communication skillsFluent English, German is an advantageWillingness to travel internationally (~50%)
