Your Responsibilities • In close collaboration with the Senior Vice President Miele Professional and CEO of SteelcoBelimed AG, you support strategic, conceptual, and technical/operational topics at top management level • For cross-functional projects, you structure complex questions, coordinate content across stakeholders, and contribute your own ideas to the further development of the business unit • Decision papers, executive presentations, and analyses prepare leadership teams to make informed decisions quickly and confidently • In exchange with internal and external senior stakeholders, you keep topics aligned, follow up on decisions, and help turn strategic priorities into concrete action • Committees, global calls, and communication formats are prepared by you with a strong focus on content, clear outcomes, and reliable documentation • National and international events, travel topics, and selected administrative matters are managed with sound judgment, discretion, and a strong sense of priorities What we are looking for • You hold a doctoral degree or a top grade university degree in a managerial, technical or scientific field, ideally related to business management, digitalization, mechanical / electrical or industrial engineering. First professional experience welcome. • Your analytical mindset helps you understand complex topics quickly and translate them into clear recommendations for senior management • Practical, project, or international experience in a technical environment gives you confidence when working with demanding stakeholders across countries and functions • In conversations with top management, specialist departments, and external partners, you communicate clearly and reliably, with high empathy and sense for different perspectives • Even with parallel topics, tight timelines, and confidential information, you stay structured, set priorities, and move topics forward independently • Fluent English, intercultural openness, and international mobility are essential, as this role works strongly across global interfaces
