Your tasks
* Telephone customer contact
* Open and professional customer communication
* Fault diagnostics and analyses with a focus on vehicle electronics
* Configuration creation, bus communication analysis, diagnostics, simulation and stimulation
* Software and hardware updates
* Documentation of all activities carried out on the vehicle
Your qualifications
* Automotive technician, master mechanic, skilled worker (m/f/d), degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive technology, automotive communication technology or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in the field of automotive technology and sound basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostics
* Knowledge in the field of vehicle electronics including bus communication standards such as CLAN, LIN Flexray, Ethernet
* Several years of experience in handling and using various diagnostic devices (brand-specific & multi-brand)
* Experience in direct customer contact
* Interest in the latest technologies
* Technical English skills as well as an analytical and structured way of working complete your profile
