We are looking for you as Maintenance Methods Engineer (m/f/d) for our location in Friedrichsdorf. Deploy and oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes to optimize equipment performance (MTTR, MTBF, TRP) Manage and update technical documentation and work instructions Propose and control maintenance budgets, including overheads, labor, and spare parts inventory Lead maintenance-related productivity improvements and QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) processes Ensure spare parts inventory is well maintained and equipment FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) is up-to-date Collaborate with process teams and maintenance supervisors for equipment industrialization, ensuring compliance with VSDP and IPROM standards Develop and implement safety standards, lead safety QRQC, and ensure safety culture is adhered to throughout the organization Assess environmental impacts of equipment and incorporate safety measures in design according to local and group regulations Develop team expertise, manage workforce planning, and support competence transfer and human resource needs Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or related technical field Experience in People and Budget Management Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical field Preferred experience as Maintenance Method Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor Proficiency in German and English Compensation package.
