Will you be the next to join our team?
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in the Insurance sector, with a strong focus on planning, cost management, and risk management.
Responsibilities
* Ensure alignment of projects with portfolio and organizational goals
* Define and develop company and project standards, templates, and work breakdown structures
* Create risk management templates and comprehensive risk management plans
* Develop and maintain project budgeting and forecasting tools and reports
* Optimize project strategies to improve outcomes and future project performance
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in project management in Insurance field, including planning/scheduling, cost control, contract and change management
* Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project coding structures
* Ability to implement cost management processes across complex projects
* Solid understanding of risk management methodologies
* Experience in supplier management, particularly in construction or infrastructure-related project delivery
* Fluency in both German and English (mandatory)
