Your Responsibilities
* Manage service acceptance processes and handle platform-related penalties
* Monitor and analyze platform service performance indicators
* Manage platform tickets and drive internal resolution processes
* Conduct internal responsibility assessments and align with relevant stakeholders
* Act as a key interface between platform partners and internal teams
* Support continuous improvement of platform performance and service quality
Your Profile
* Experience in e-commerce platform operations or a comparable environment
* Strong analytical mindset and understanding of platform rules and decision logic
* Clear and structured communication skills, especially in written form (e.g. appeals)
* Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and precise way
* Fluent in German, English, and Chinese
* Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
