Operating in an international environment, the company provides direct exposure to senior decision-makers and investment professionals, allowing employees to gain valuable insight into strategic decisions and business development initiatives.
Your responsibilities :
Support the structuring and administration of investment vehicles and holding structures.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including auditors, legal advisors, tax consultants, and service providers.
Participate in the setup and maintenance of fund structures across multiple jurisdictions.
Assist with regulatory and corporate governance matters.
Review financial and legal documentation related to fund operations.
Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving internal processes and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and reporting requirements.
Your profile :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3 to 4 years of professional experience within a Big Four firm or a similar environment.
Exposure to fund structuring, corporate services, fund administration, or private equity structures is considered a strong advantage.
Fluent English is mandatory; any additional language will be considered an asset.
