Your tasks
7. Support of our ERP system AMS
8. Coordination with software provider
9. Management and handling of communication between users and software provider
10. Supporting the specialist departments with the software application
11. Training of employees
12. Analysis, optimization and implementation of company processes in the ERP system
13. Implementation of new processes and expansion of the system
14. Creation of evaluations with the help of analyses, reports and dashboards
15. Expansion of ERP, CAD and PDM integration
Your profile
16. Degree in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
17. Several years of professional experience in the IT environment of a mechanical and plant engineering company
18. Knowledge of at least one integrated ERP system and experience in system support
19. Experience in the implementation and optimization of processes in software systems
20. Knowledge of MS SQL Server databases
21. Good understanding of business administration
22. Good knowledge of English
23. Communication skills and solution-oriented approach
