This role ensures the journal remains at the forefront of computing research by upholding the highest standards of quality, integrity, and impact.**Key Responsibilities*** **Strategic Direction:** Define and refine the journal’s scope, priorities, and special issues.* **Editorial Leadership:** Recruit a diverse editorial board; oversee peer-review processes and timelines.* **Quality & Integrity:** Enforce rigorous methodological standards, reproducibility, and ethical compliance.* **Community Engagement:** Foster relationships with global research communities, industry, and policy stakeholders.* **Innovation:** Champion open science, artifact evaluation, and responsible AI practices.* **Peer Review Management:** Oversee manuscript review and decision-making.**Educational Requirements*** **Ph.D. (or equivalent)** in: + Computer Science + Electrical/Computer Engineering + Applied Mathematics + Data Science or Information Science (with strong CS emphasis)* Preferred expertise in **two or more areas**, such as: + Theoretical CS & Algorithms + Software Engineering & Programming Languages + Systems & Networks + Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, HCI + Security, Privacy & Cryptography + Emerging paradigms (Quantum, Neuromorphic, Bio-computing)**Experience & Qualifications*** **Scholarly Impact:** Extensive publication record in top-tier CS venues.* **Editorial Experience:** Preferably in a senior role such as Deputy Editor or Editor-in-Chief role.
