Position Jung von Matt AG is looking for a Junior Manager People & Culture (d/f/m) in full-time. The tasks You will organize and coordinate internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will maintain and update employee development plans to ensure continuous growth and career progression. You will assist in planning and implementing development programs for employees to support their professional advancement. You will contribute to the creation of training materials and content to facilitate effective learning experiences. You will support project work within the framework of organizational development to drive strategic initiatives. About you You hold a Bachelor's degree or completed a training in a relevant field, providing a solid foundation for your People & Culture career. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse audiences. You are a team player with intercultural competence, fostering collaboration and understanding across different backgrounds. You work independently and in a structured manner, ensuring efficient task management and execution. You have knowledge in designing and conducting training programs, enhancing the learning experience for employees.
