Currently, they are looking to add an Investment Manager to their headquarters in Essen. What the job involves
* Working closely with the management teams of existing portfolio companies to identify opportunities for value creation and M&A
* Strategic planning of organic and inorganic growth opportunities
* M&A target identification and evaluation with a focus on German and international acquisitions
* Managing M&A processes independently
* Directly reporting to the CEO
Who we are looking for
* Successfully completed studies in business administration, finance or similar qualifications
* Several years of professional experience within an M&A boutique, bank, private equity fund, family office or transaction advisory firm
* Negotiation, process management and analytical skills
* Motivated individual, able to work in an entrepreneurial, dynamic working environment
* Fluent German & English language skills are a must
