What you´ll do
* Global controlling (budgeting, reporting, forecasting) for investment projects and capital expenditures
* Work closely with Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing & R&D leadership teams to support decision making, while getting visibility
* Shape, coordinate, and drive delivery of strategic investment initiatives and global projects
* Perform financial analysis on strategic investment projects, managing stakeholders and challenging assumptions, including business cases & DCF valuations
* Facilitate approval of investments and preparation of approval documents for Henkel decision bodies
* Continuous monitoring of investment execution and conducting success analysis
* Drive investment process optimization and implementation and foster knowledge on investments and train the organization.
What makes you a good fit
* Excellent university degree with major in controlling/finance or similar subject
* 3-5 years working experience in Controlling, ideally with experience in investments
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills, interested in technical topics
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, first experience in MS Power BI
* Fluent English language skills
* Highly motivated and team-oriented person with a proactive ‘Can-Do’-attitude.
