Corporate Services Assistant
Your role involves supporting the department's team in their day-to-day activities. You will maintain and update client databases, coordinate with service providers and clients, manage incoming calls, and assist the team in organizing meetings.
* Maintain a comprehensive database of clients by inputting relevant data;
* Coordinate tasks with various stakeholders, including service providers and clients;
* Manage incoming calls for the team, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries;
* Assist team members in organizing meetings and appointments;
* Maintain calendars to ensure efficient scheduling;
* Prepare and send letters and emails to clients in English;
* Update and maintain client files, both physical and digital;
* Collect signatures and documents from clients using electronic or traditional methods;
* Arrange mail and postal services as needed;
* Filing and archiving of documents.
