ResponsibilitiesYou will actively shape the digital experience of our IONOS shop—from the creative idea to final implementation. You don’t just think visually; you think analytically: your concepts are based on data, user needs, and clear conversion goals. You combine conceptual thinking with a strong eye for design, ensuring a modern, user-centric, and high-performance appearance.In our agile, interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with Product Owners, Development, and Data with one clear objective: to continuously improve the visual quality, usability, and conversion of our digital touchpoints.Design new landing pages, shop funnels, and other digital touchpoints with a strong focus on brand and design.Regularly ideate and design new concepts for shop optimization.Take end-to-end responsibility for specific product areas of our online shop and/or an IONOS Group brand, collaborating with cross-functional experts.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Development, Tech, Agencies, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).Design and optimize UX concepts, visuals, interactions, and motion designs for our international shop segments.Balance visual creativity, user perspective, and conversion goals.Support the development of our group-wide Design System.Contribute proactively, bring in new ideas, and occasionally test "moonshot" concepts.QualificationsSeveral years of experience in Digital Art Direction, Visual Design, and UI/UX Design.A strong sense of layout, visual hierarchy, typography, animation, composition, and digital aesthetics.Proficiency with design and motion tools such as Figma or similar programs.Interest and experience in using AI tools within the design or content process.An independent, structured way of working with high quality standards and strong execution skills.Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration and an open mindset.Experience in the creative direction of projects and teams.Ability to translate complex requirements from UX, Business, and Tech into clear, consistent visual concepts and layouts.BenefitsHybrid working model with Home office option.Flexible working hours through trust-based working hours.At some locations, a subsidized canteen and various free drinks.Modern office space with very good transport connections.Various employee discounts for activities and products.Employee events such as summer and winter parties, as well as workshops.Numerous training and development opportunities.Various health offers, such as sports and health courses. #J-18808-Ljbffr
