Job Overview
The Head of Division 'HR Administration and Analytics' will manage a team, coordinate, and monitor work on HR administration and data analysis to support the organization's strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Collect and analyze data from various sources including satisfaction surveys, individual interviews, and system reports to inform business decisions.
2. Work with teams to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze data trends to anticipate needs and opportunities.
3. Monitor and report on administrative processes and procedures.
4. Ensure effective communication and relations with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in management, human resources, or a related field.
* Previous experience in data analysis, preferably in human resources.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and dynamics.
* Proficiency in common office tools and knowledge of data visualization software.
* Fluency in English, French, German, and Luxembourgish.
