You train to take on the responsibility for packaging grades for a defined customer portfolio in Latin America, Eastern Europe, or Asia You act as an interface between suppliers, customers, and business partners You negotiate and conclude purchase and sales contracts with suppliers and customers You identify new sourcing opportunities and acquire new customers You professionally lead a directly assigned Sales Manager and further develop new and existing business relationships through regular business trips to customers and suppliers You participate in major industry trade fairs to expand the business network and identify new opportunities What should you bring along? You have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study You have experience in physical commodity trading, ideally on an international level You possess strong closing orientation and perseverance in pursuing business opportunities You have a high willingness to build and maintain business relationships and manage different sourcing markets and mentalities You work in a solution-oriented manner and have strong motivation for personal development You are a strong team player with a willingness to take on responsibility and are open to an international working environment, enjoying collaboration in multicultural teams You have very good English and Spanish, Mandarin, or Russian skills (at least C1 level), German is a plus What do we offer?
