Job Purpose As Digital Campaign Manager, you’ll manage the implementation and optimization of digital campaigns across Pizza Hut Germany’s platforms and delivery partners. You’ll make sure our menus, promotions, and campaigns go live smoothly, and you’ll help us deliver an exceptional digital customer journey Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Go-to-Market Lead the end-to-end implementation of digital and omnichannel campaigns – from product brief through creative development, testing, and launch. Ensure all campaign elements (copy, assets, pricing, timing, tracking) are flawlessly executed across platforms and in line with brand standards. Act as project owner, managing timelines, dependencies, and approvals to deliver campaigns on schedule and with maximum impact. Platform & Menu Management Manage product setup and updates across all digital ordering platforms (website, app, aggregators), ensuring 100% accuracy of menu, product content, and imagery. Own the digital merchandising strategy – optimizing menu design, product placement, and upsell tactics to increase average order value and conversion. Coordinate with IT to implement and maintain digital environments, including rollout and update management of e-commerce initiatives. Promotions, Pricing & Value Strategy Execute and maintain promotions, bundles, and value-led offers across platforms, aligning with national campaigns and local trading priorities. Partner with commercial and operations teams to ensure pricing strategies drive both revenue and customer satisfaction. Proactively monitor execution quality, identifying and fixing discrepancies before they impact customers. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting Track and analyse ecommerce KPIs (campaign performance, sales uplift, conversion, retention, customer behaviour). Deliver clear reporting and actionable recommendations to optimise campaign effectiveness and digital experience. Share insights with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to guide strategy and innovation. Aggregator & Partner Management Manage day-to-day campaign execution with delivery partners (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Lieferando, etc.), ensuring promotions and offers are activated accurately. Build and maintain strong partner relationships, negotiating visibility opportunities to drive sales and growth. Benchmark partner performance, identifying new opportunities for co-marketing and exclusive offers. Incident Monitoring & Resolution Monitor and analyse digital incidents (site issues, platform errors, ecommerce bugs) to ensure seamless customer experiences. Prioritise and coordinate daily incident resolution with IT and cross-functional teams, escalating when necessary to minimise business disruption. Maintain strong communication with marketing, creative, and commercial stakeholders to align fixes with campaign and business priorities Continuous Improvement & Innovation Identify and champion opportunities to improve the digital user experience, campaign processes, and platform performance. Stay ahead of digital, ecommerce, and QSR trends - bringing fresh ideas and best practices into Pizza Hut’s digital ecosystem. Support the team in piloting new tools, technologies, and customer engagement strategies to keep Pizza Hut Germany at the forefront of innovation. Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in digital campaign management, ecommerce, or digital marketing. Proven experience with digital ordering platforms or menu/content management systems. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Solid analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and report on performance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Fluent in German (written and spoken); ideally fluent in English too Preferred Qualifications Experience in QSR, FMCG, retail, or aggregator environments. Familiarity with third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Lieferando, Uber Eats, DoorDash). Hands-on knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI). Exposure to pricing, promotion setup, or digital merchandising. Experience working in an international or matrix organization. Knowledge of the German consumer market and digital behaviour trends. Germany D&T Team (1) and wider PH IOM D&T team Pizza Hut Franchise Partners and Above Restaurant Leaders Work Environment This role is Hybrid and based out of our Restaurant Support Centre in Düsseldorf, a minimum of 2 days per week in the RSC is required. As Pizza Hut is a franchise business, you may be required to attend franchisee offices, and other locations from time to time. There will be events throughout the year that will take place in London including (but not limited to) RSC days, Functional team meetings / 121s and supporting with market visits.
