Senior HR Manager Europe(f/m/d)

Mission andresponsibilities
* Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and execute HR strategies that alignwith the company's culture, vision, mission and strategicobjectives.
o Serve as a trusted advisor tosenior leadership on all HR-related matters.
o To advise Group HR on any updates and changes to NationalHR policies.
* Talent Acquisition &Management:
o Oversee therecruitment, development, and retention of top talent acrossEurope.
o Implement robust talent managementprocesses, including succession planning, performance management,and leadership development.
* Employee Experience &Engagement:
o Cultivate apositive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
o Drive employee engagement initiatives and developprogrammes to enhance employee satisfaction andretention.
* Diversity, Equity & Inclusion(DEI):
o Lead efforts to promoteDEI within the organisation, ensuring an inclusive and respectfulworkplace for all employees.
* Compensation & Benefits:
o Oversee the design and administration ofcompetitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and rewardprogrammes to attract and retain high-performingemployees.
* Organisational Development:
o Lead organisational development efforts,including change management, workforce planning, and the continuousimprovement of HR processes in Europe.
o Review,formulate, implement and ensure continuous improvement andeffectiveness of existing HR practices and procedures.
* Compliance &Risk Management:
o Ensurecompliance with all applicable employment laws andregulations.
o Develop risk managementstrategies related to HR functions and maintain robustemployee.
Requirements
* 10+ years ofprogressive HR experience in a senior leadership role, covering allfacets of HR management with proven track records.
* Solid understanding of industrial, employee and labourrelations including manpower regulations and compliance.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field (Master’s degreepreferred).
* The requirements are living closeto the location in Emmerich am Rhein or Duesseldorf
* Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, talentmanagement, DEI, and organisational development.
* Strong understanding of compensation and benefits, labourlaws, and HR best practices.
* Goodinterpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in HR analytics to inform data-drivendecision-making.
* Excellent communication,leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Abilityto influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation andlead change initiatives.
* Fluent in German andEnglish.
* Excellent interpersonal and conflictresolution skills.
* Excellent organizationalskills and attention to detail.
* Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strongsupervisory and leadership skills.
* Thoroughknowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
* Knowledge of and experience with varied human resourceinformation systems.
* Proficient with MicrosoftOffice Suite or related software.
