We are currently looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator (m/f/d) for a location in Schwallbach. Your tasks: Provide a proactive approach to develop good working relationships with all involved parties Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements as required Perform monthly audits and conduct scorecard reviews with the cleaning, coffee bar & canteen supplier Oversee all cleaning related inquiries Lead the cleaning personnel’s supervisor on site Ensure client’s instructions and expectations per service line are properly communicated and documented Lead reoccurring assets audits Tag new assets/ FADO preparation Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time, within budget and according to the HS&E guidelines Ensure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL best practice Collection and evaluation of vendor offers for variable services Assist Facility Manager in sourcing related work Act as single point of contact for the contract partners and assure regular follow up of day-to-day business Ensure that the financial targets are met in the area of responsibility Provide standard monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and management reports as required Support the preparation of yearly HS&E audit Set up process documentation for initiatives and SOP work processes in general Support the development, implementation & delivery of training for yourself & the operational team Regularly interact with the counterparts in DACH and Europe to exchange ideas, approach towards initiatives and innovations Your profile: 3-5 years of Facility Management, Hoteling or Hospitality experience in similar corporate sites Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands. Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services Good competencies required in the following areas: Process Management, Command skills and Customer Focus. Practical working knowledge of best practice tools and techniques. Systematic approach, with good attention to detail. Best in class service focused and flexible in approach to work. Ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
