Your role is pivotal in ensuring implementing strategies to optimize project results and ensuring the quality, timely, and budgetary availability of Systems and Components.How You’ll Make an Impact
7. Project Lead for Procurement in Execution Projects; Arrange the handover with the Proposal-PPM and initiate project-specific purchasing Kick Offs; Organize, monitor, and optimize all Procurement activities in a project
8. Implement Procurement strategies to enhance project results
9. Control project specifics sourcing processes to deliver optimum results in terms of budget, availability, timeline, and quality. Support project cost estimations with reliable and current cost data
10. Analyze the scope of supply and contractual obligations, identifying risks, opportunities, changes throughout the project. Execute project specific Procurement strategies aligned with the Business Unit and Operating Company strategies
11. Maintain communication with interface partners and ensure the best negotiation success together with the project buyers to meet the project targets. Manage the preferred supplier list and supplier qualifications for project execution phase
12. Close Contact to Claim Management to clarify project specific claims to suppliers
What You Bring
13. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
14. Long-term professional experience in procurement with a strong understanding of commercial, technical, project management, and international contract law.
15. Interpersonal skills, thinking, creativity, drive, communication, intercultural competency, collaboration, negotiation, stakeholder & customer relationship management, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, responsibility, and adaptability
