Your Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all validation activities for products and processes
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standards
* Develop, maintain, and own the master validation plan
* Lead validation planning, including master plan meetings
* Assess validation results, drive improvements, and ensure proper documentation
* Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the validation team
Requirements
* Technical vocational training or university degree in a scientific or commercial field
* 3+ years of experience in validation, quality assurance, or a related technical role
* Strong knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g. ISO 13485, ISO 9001, BRCGS-CP, IFS-HPC) & statistical validation methods
* Experience in change & risk management and project coordination
* Leadership experience in a production or validation setting
* Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities
* Fluency in English & German (C1 level)
