Position: Video Content Analyst
Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Review user reports regarding video content on a shopping platform
* Review sensitive content, sometimes involving disturbing subject matter
* Remove inapproperiate content
* Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native/Fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
* Able to cover shift rotation (no night shifts!)
* Tolerance sensitive content
* Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Able to objectively evaluate and classify the content
* No previous experience in contact center required
