Intro We’re a stealth, Tier-1 VC-backed mobility start-up that’s rewriting how vehicle inspection centers are built and operated. With a proven expansion blueprint and a clear M&A strategy, we’ll triple revenue next year. Our founders - serial entrepreneurs who’ve raised >USD 80m from top-tier US investors and just closed another strong Seed round - are pushing hard into new geographies. Now we need a hungry working student. Someone who wants to own & reshape operational recruiting processes. If you want to take on high responsibilities from day one - read on. Tasks You’ll take ownership of our recruiting process – end-to-end. No shadowing, no "assisting”, but actually running things. Draft, publish, and manage job postings across multiple platforms. Review incoming applications, identify strong fits, and move fast through the recruting process. Conduct top-of-funnel interviews and assess candidates for skill and culture fit. Recommend top candidates directly to the founders for final rounds. Prepare offers and contracts, coordinating signatures and onboarding. Own the candidate experience - keep it fast, personal, and smooth. Ensure tight communication loops and fast feedback for every applicant. Take full responsibility for the recruiting process from first contact to signed offer. You’ll work directly with the founding team and our hiring managers. You’ll see first-hand how a start-up scales – and play an active role in making it happen. Requirements You’re not just "interested” in HR – you actually like people and want to get things done. First hands-on experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations (Personio experience is a plus; but it's straightforward so you'll adapt fast). Currently enrolled in a top tier university and available for at least 6 months (ideally longer). Passionate about the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company. Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented - you don’t wait for instructions. Communicative, team-driven, and creative in how you solve problems. Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1+). Ready to start immediately - we’re moving fast, and so should you. Motivated to learn inside a fast-scaling, high-intensity start-up. Comfortable with a 100% on-site set-up.
