The Senior Marketing Specialist executes and accurately delivers marketing programs that drive regional demand generation in alignment with corporate goals. The objective of the role is to support the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns and events from creation through design and set-up, to final ROI analysis. The candidate should bring a balanced skillset of creative aptitude and technical knowhow to execute marketing programs.

You will partner with our in-house marketing team, composed of content writers, designers, web developers, and industry managers, to deliver marketing messages that improve brand awareness and drive demand generation.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Team Alignment

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, BDR, and Marketing team members to define target personas/industries and develop marketing programs in alignment with regional growth objectives.
2. EMEA Integration: Coordinate with the NA & EMEA marketing team to ensure on-time delivery and brand consistency, serving as the final quality check for all regional launches.
3. ABM Execution: Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and project management to build high-value pipelines across key industries.

Campaign & Event Management

4. End-to-End Digital Campaign management: Planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels (ads, email, social media) including identification of customer trends and competitor offerings.
5. Brand Development: Strengthening brand presence through consistent messaging and creative initiatives.
6. B2B Event Execution: Plan and manage regional B2B events to drive brand awareness and lead capture.
7. Content & Creative: Collaborate with design and web teams to produce high-impact marketing materials for all digital platforms.

Optimization & Compliance

8. Performance Testing: Conduct A/B testing on content, forms, and audience criteria to boost open, click, and conversion rates.
9. Data Governance: Maintain strict adherence to privacy laws and opt-out procedures across all digital touchpoints.
10. Lead Nurturing: Execute and optimize automated workflows to move prospects through the funnel via email and social channels.

Reporting & Analysis

11. Full-Cycle Reporting: Track and report on monthly/quarterly KPIs, providing stakeholders with status updates and actionable insights.
12. Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign results and web traffic to provide regional recommendations for continuous demand gen improvement.
