Lead Project Manager
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Head to lead and manage projects efficiently.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, who can drive our project portfolio from a budget, capacity, and roadmap point of view. This person will ensure proper risk management within the portfolio, challenge project requests against our strategy, and streamline business case review and evaluation process.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in project management or a related field, with at least 5 years of work experience in a management role. They should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be results-orientated, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and German.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate project managers to assure efficient execution of projects
* Drive the portfolio of ongoing projects from a budget, capacity, and roadmap point of view
* Ensure proper risk management within the portfolio
* Challenge project requests against our strategy
* Streamline business case review and evaluation process
Requirements:
* Master's degree in project management or a related field
* At least 5 years of work experience in a management role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Results-orientated with a clear focus on achieving objectives
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and German
