Responsibilities
* Analyze complex user behavior and e-commerce data to uncover actionable insights that support product and business decisions.
* Drive optimization of conversion funnels and overall shop performance through KPI analysis and recommendations.
* Define and manage tracking requirements, ensuring reliable implementation and QA of GA4/GTM events.
* Design and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.) to enable self-service analytics across the organization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, Marketing—to answer data-related questions and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or analytics.
* Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data queries and analysis.
* Experience with web analytics, frontend tracking, and GA4 event implementation.
* Ability to create dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
* Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs, customer journeys, and funnel analysis.
* Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to data quality and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of translating analytical findings into clear, actionable insights.

* Work hours: 40 hours per week / 8 hours per day
