We are looking for a mid-level backend/full-stack developer (3–5 years) who builds services, APIs, and integrations end-to-end. Strong Node.js/TypeScript or Python core competency required, PostgreSQL hands-on, and a working understanding of containers and CI/CD. About the role You will join a small, AI-first engineering team that spans Munich (HQ), Romania, and — newly — Poland. As Backend / Full-Stack Developer you'll build services, APIs, and integrations end-to-end — from API design through deployment to monitoring — and work side-by-side with our DevOps engineer (a parallel Poland hire). You report directly to CEO Martin Ansel in Munich; decision paths are short and there is no middle layer.
